3.1 Age Requirement

• All fees are stated in USD and must be paid in advance.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors (Stripe).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds are only available if you have not used the Service (no searches performed).
• Once a search has been conducted or features used, refunds are not available.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EYFIND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eyfind, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

10. Termination
